Flank Schalk Burger will play his first Super Rugby match in two years, while flyhalf Demetri Catrakilis will make his first Super Rugby appearance for the Stormers, having represented the Kings last year.
Argentinian lock Manuel Carizza will be making his Super Rugby debut, along with winger Kobus van Wyk and centre Michael van der Spuy.
Prop Oliver Kebble and outside back Ryno Eksteen could win their first Stormers caps off the bench.
