Beauden and Jordie Barrett walked away with two awards each at the annual New Zealand Rugby Union awards ceremony in Auckland on Thursday.

The 25-year-old Beauden won the prestigious Kelvin R Tremain Player of the Year Award, as well as the Super Rugby Player of the Year accolade following an outstanding season for the All Blacks and the Hurricanes.

In November, he was named the World Rugby Player of the Year. Younger brother Jordie (19) claimed the Age Grade Player of the Year Award and the New Zealand Cup (ITM) Player of the Year prize for his stellar contributions to the NZ U20 side, and the championship-winning Canterbury teams respectively.

The All Blacks were named Team of the Year again after achieving a record-breaking 18-match winning streak, while Steve Hansen clinched the Coach of the Year gong for a second successive time.

Hooker Dane Coles scooped the Maori Player of the Year Award, and Rieko Ioane walked away with the Sevens Player of the Year accolade.
